Return & Refund
Please note that we thoroughly inspect all items before shipping to ensure that they are complete and in good condition. If, by any chance, you need to request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. If the product does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before returning the item, please contact us. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. If the product is found to be damaged or excessively used beyond our reasonable inspection, we may reject the refund.
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item within 7 days of signing for the parcel. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, packages can sometimes get lost during transit. We cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that have been correctly shipped, both domestically and internationally. However, we understand the frustration this can cause, and we are committed to finding a reasonable compromise. If you haven't received your package after four weeks, please let us know, and we will investigate the matter.
We do not accept exchanges.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method (please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable). Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
